By creating an account or using GroVirally, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

GroVirally analyzes short-form video against the GVIF framework and returns a structured, evidence-based report covering hook strength, pacing, story clarity, production quality, and related factors.

GroVirally does not guarantee that any video will go viral, gain views, or perform in any particular way. Scores describe structural and technical readiness, not audience response, which depends on many factors outside any analysis tool's knowledge.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use GroVirally.

• New accounts receive a one-time free credit grant.
• Each standard analysis consumes a fixed number of credits.
• If an analysis fails after a credit was spent, it is automatically refunded.
• Purchased credit packages are generally non-refundable once credits have been used, except as required by law.

You agree not to submit video content that:

• You don't have the rights to use.
• Is illegal, infringing, or violates a third party's rights.
• Contains malware or is submitted to abuse, overload, or probe the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You retain all rights to the videos you submit. By submitting a video, you grant GroVirally a limited license to process it solely to generate your analysis and operate the service. The GVIF framework, scoring engine, and GroVirally branding remain our property.

GroVirally is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any business or content decisions made based on a report.

You may stop using GroVirally and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
